Still has to break off in the US if you drive away with it on. Federal regulations. I can still bend the door open with a screwdriver and crank it with a gatorgrip. Or just break it with the right prybar. I get calls from union brothers and sisters. 80+ devices removed, most in seconds. In the US, they put it on your car, it's yours. Remove it yourself, your property. They try to get it back, that's robbery. And in the US, federal regulations say that ANYONE putting an immobilizing device on a vehicle MUST have a tow license. Including meter maids, traffic enforcement and private lot owners. It is unlawful even for police to put one own if they don't have a tow license.

Thanks for your comments,I also watched some videos that remove the boot with a screwdriver and even a plastic pen! Will be highly appreciated if you have any suggestions with our improvement.

I watched at least 3 vids today with people opening that lock with a BIC pen. These locks are junk.

钥匙和扳手能单独买吗美国这管停车的就会给违章的上这种锁

扳手可以通用，钥匙不一定通用。所以买的话，如果遇到不通用的锁芯，还是会打不开。

@@Jakie459 My Oxyacetalene torch will cut that POS just as easily as all the other clamps/boots I have cut off in the past 16 years.and no one care when someone defats a clamp illegally placed by revenue agents for private or public parking enforcement bandits. Your alarms don't scare anyone with 2 braincells left to rub together.
