Fire your marketing monkeys this is ridiculous. Do you not employ any vibration analysts? Any decent one would have screamed at the moron who created this as that sensor is in worst position possible.

how is this different from a Navisworks/Synchro file?
@SentientAU
@SentientAU 3 жыл бұрын
The main differences stem from "leveraging gaming technology" as opposed to engineering. Some specifics include: - the ability to navigate and deploy the solution on low spec'd corporate computers - integrate to various data sources and systems - customers can make changes to the web-based overlay - with Unity3D as the engine, we have the ability to interface to different devices, such as the HL2, XR and AR devices. So reducing the risk of the inability to access future innovations.

Amazing! The physics works very well. The sound of steps and arms are perfectly syncronized. The great advantage here if something like this really would exist is regarding the mobility in irregular and messy terrain. Great job guys!

This is really cool and could potentially save lives. Are there any fail states for this training simulation? As in: will the simulation inform the trainee if they've done something that'd result in electrocution?
@SentientAU

Hi there, in this particular example there are no visible consequences of incorrect actions, however we do have that in our other training modules. We have another High Voltage Switching module which results in an arc flash as a result of incorrect inputs. Other modules we have done have a range of realistic consequences including fatalities, injuries, explosions, loss of profits due to operations interruptions, and so on.

A great example of the MVX technology (used in our Visual Workplace solution) being put to use in a materials handling application.
