I'm a Wendy stan but if I'm being honest, I find this video very enlightening because I have always wondered about her changing looks (of course she's a public figure so it is totally normal to be scrutinized) and the subsequent effects of body shaming to her that pressured her to do so. I'm really starting to worry about her. She mentioned before that she is seeking mental help. I really do hope she is fine especially within the harsh industry they live in today and all the beauty standards and pressures etc. - that might be so depressing. But I appreciate her hard work, giving light to everyone and sharing her craft. Wendy like everyone else should know that she is being appreciated regardless of her looks. <3

Wendy remains a voice of a generation, an incredible combination of acquired skills, raw talent, and serious work. I care nothing about the surgeries, as it neither detracts nor enhances her voice, and it is her voice that lies at the root of any conversation about Wendy. We wouldn't even be discussing her if it was not for her awesome instrument. I, for one am grateful she continues to get more refined as an artist and gives us wonderful, memorable performances.

The only thing that i truly believe is true here is the nose surgery because it really is obviouse. And I think it is not a secret at all. Everything else that has been said here is not very believable like the shape of eyelid and chi. Cause that can change from day to day (for example my eyeslids looks uneven sometimes because of the puffiness from not having a good,sleep or when I cried or I ate something that made me puffy), with age or with the expression of the face that was photographed.

Plastic surgery is part of their culture. I don't mind it since they are rediculously good at make changes appear subtle and naturally. You really don't see over abuse and it makes them feel more confident. I'm glad :) as long as they stay healthy and only get surgery in a healthy state of mind. The only time that I've really noticed is stray kids. They all seem to have the same jaw. Appearing extremely shaved down. I think I remember a deflated nose or two. This tells me one thing: the company abused its power over the boys to mold them the way they wanted. Except whoever made the decisions was too aggressive with the changes. But, they all look gorgeaus and as long as they are happy.

I’m so happy I came across this video! I’ve always thought he probably had something done but not being educated enough I couldn’t pinpoint where exactly. I even think his eyes look different in 2020 compared to now… It’s also so refreshing to see mature people/fans in this comment section, accepting that plastic surgery is common for idols and that we’re not targeting this as hate but more so as information. The “beauty” standards in kpop is far from 100% natural and I think it’s important for fans to realize this, especially young girls. I love and support Jungkook so it does make me a bit heartbroken that there’s probably inner and outside pressure to maintain an expected level of beauty, as well as how stressful it must feel when his face changes and the implants along with it.
