@amycakes8753 IKR. I love Aerith as well. I don't mind other people shipping them as long as they don't spread misinfo and mischaracterized characters. I hate seeing Clerith shippers villainize and mischaracterize Tifa just because they want to turn people into Clerith. Also, Cloud may not admit it but he cares deeply for other people. I don't see anything wrong with it. But you gotta be blind if you don't see how different Tifa means to him. He loves her. Tifa is his person. Always have been, always will be. Cloti is canon since 1997.

I agree with almost everything you said, but there’s one small point where I see things a bit differently. You mentioned that Aerith only likes Cloud because he reminds her of Zack. I think that while Aerith was initially drawn to Cloud because of those similarities, as she spent more time with him, she started to genuinely care for Cloud for who he is, not just because he reminded her of Zack. This doesn’t take away from the deep connection between Cloud and Tifa, which I really enjoy. I’m a big fan of Cloud and Tifa being together, and I feel their relationship is a key part of the story. Seeing the moments where Cloud and Tifa interact in both the Remake and Rebirth has been some of the most exciting experiences I’ve had in gaming.

It's also possible to have the past playlists displayed and saved up though. I think it depends on a streamer if they want to keep their playthroughs in their channel for the other people to watch.

I would still pick the first beach wear of Aerith too even without the affection points. Because it's soooo cute on her. Also, when both girls arrived, he was already looking at Tifa. Check it out at 2:30 and 2:35. Like, it couldn't be more obvious than that 😭

Exactly. I was thinking the same about Aerith having the HA/LA system. I think her relationship with Cloud is open to interpretation for the players to decide whether she is seen as romantic or platonic. Whereas Tifa, no matter what we choose, she's the endgame story-wise. The part on leaning in for the kiss, Tifa did most most of it. He leans in jusssst a little bit but that is ok because he didn't back away or look away and completely goes in for the kiss on the date scene. He made up for it. 😏

@@peppergirlrocks Couldn't have said it better. OG FF7 is filled with plot twists, from Shinra nor being the main villain, Cloud not being a SOLDIER and finally Aerith not being the intended endgame romantic partner.

And when Tifa's theme kicks in and Cloud starts leaning in, the freakin' butterflies turns into a whole zoo. So perfect! 😭❣️ How can they top that in part 3? I can't waittttt 🤭🤭

I actually don't agree with that. Cloud only loves 1 person romantically. His tone and body movements in the remake and rebirth gave it away. SE also wouldn't put "he's loyal" showing Tifa and Cloud together in a video just for Cloud to like 2 people. In fact, if Aerith ain't so bold with flirting with Cloud, people wouldn't think of them being romantically canon. Because Cloud only initiates the flirting with Tifa. His gaze, his soft voice, his gentleness, it's so different when it comes to her. He also matches every advances that Tifa makes. He didn't express any objections when it came to her. Saving Aerith multiple times doesn't mean he likes her romantically nor is he flirting. He cares for her. He also cares for his comrades. They are his friends. Every move Aerith makes to him, he does not reciprocate. But since she wouldn't take no for an answer, he was forced to follow what she wants even after rejecting her advances. But he also knows when not to be a jerk (sometimes). Like whenever his friends needed comfort. Cloud's VA said a character is allowed to have significant relationship with multiple characters and not to sexualize every relationship. But then Cloud only kissed 1 person. We already know where Tifa stands. He didn't even reciprocate Aerith's feelings at the end of Rebirth. Obviously, Aerith's a dear friend to him. Nothing comes close to his confession of wanting to be noticed by Tifa in LS.

I'm pretty sure the lip movements were in Japanese, no point reanimating it if it's not voiced. She seems to mouth 'daijoubu' at the end there, so maybe something like 'Everything will be OK'?

@@funkyfranx They wouldn't put Japanese words together with the English language. They made different audio languages in sync with their lip movements. I've actually watched the Japanese one and it seems like she mouthed yokatta ne.

She gets really annoying sometimes, (especially in OG, the moment she stole the party's materia 🙄) she's so selfish, immature and disrespectful but it's to show that she is indeed a teenager. She'll come around and mature, in time (I hope) 😂😂 Also, I really hate Cait in the OG. He kidnaps and uses Marlene as a hostage. I know that he thinks Cloud and the others are the terrorist bad guys but didn't he come to know things about them after joining the party? They aren't what he thought they were. Yet he still betrays them. Anyway, he redeemed himself in the end. FF7 wouldn't be good without drama, I guess 🤣🤣 They will surely have a character development in part 3. ❣️
