Greetings from oakville Ontario the drawback to living in any townhouse is stairs and the layout is a challenge for anyone unless you are physically fit or have the money to install a elevator or an acorn stair lift I'm living in a townhouse bungalow very rare cheers 😮

I would take land anytime over a house like this. I'm from Oakville and these builds have been built everywhere throughout Oakville. Older neighbourhoods with small homes but large enough lots to accomodate these larger homes. Does not look proportionate.

An apartment with a walk-through kitchen should not have more than one bedroom, otherwise the number of people living will cause constant crowding
