If you are starting as a fresh - Learn Manual testing first along with Salesforce Admin trailhead and do the admin certification as well. Target this first in 45 days period and look for work after that - Salesforce Tester or Salesforce Admin jobs. Once you gain some experience then you can target for automation testing.

If you make your video SEO, when anyone will search your channel related video, your video will show up at the top of search results .As a result your viewers and subscribers will increase organically. I am SEO professional. I will increase SEO score through some tools. You can see my work sample. After that if you interested, we can meet to clear all of your query and about package rate.

Hi , 3rd party tools are those apps which are provided by external companies basically they sell some solutions which can be helpful for who have implemented salesforce. Consider it like apps which are available on Google play store and you add them on your phone to have more functionality.
