I’m building a similar setup, the box will be .90 cuft and sub will be inverted under the armrest. Box alone is only 6.5 tall, box and sub will be 13 inches tall.

It’s apparently an issue with the husky check valve not seating. It’s the compressor under load when trying to start.

It’s the cheap ass check valve on the husky. I’ve got the same compressor. It’s not the cord. There’s pressure on the compression head - and there should be none. The pressure won’t let the motor to restart.

I have the Husky ran the break in period plus 5 more minutes. Ran all the tests and everything checks out. Instructions don’t want you using anything over 100’. You might just have an issue with your wall outlet or your cord not putting out the correct amps and power. Maybe check it with a multimeter.

The sub is under powerd. In a sealed box it takes more power to push it. Think about it you push on the speaker in a ported box it moves some what easy. In a sealed box it's stiffer. So you can put more power to it. Sundown under rate there speakers. That speaker should move more. But that's my opinion. Peace ☮️

I want a single U12 in a sealed box. Do not mind sacrificing some SPL for clean-ass bass. It would still be significantly louder than my 2 budget 10-inch subs in a sealed box.
