he can't buy star war back with billion dollars. disney say no to George Lucas; they said no thousand times. You are out of starwar business. Disney owns 99% of start wars. they give 1% and George Lucas get billions. He wants to create next Star Wars film. Disney security guard tells George Lucas. you are no longer welcome. Disney owns Star Wars. Sad.

Essentially George is “A Rebel Without A Cause”. The 60s in SF were very rebellious against establishments and status quo. George probably Loves the film “Idioacracy” and everything it stands for. Thx1138 was anti status quo. Kinda like keeping an old Subaru on the road; its against the status quo.

De nos jours, le mot "génie" ou l'adjectif "génial" sont utilisés à l'excès. On caricature. On simplifie. N'oublions pas que le génie voisine avec la folie. C'est très important d'intégrer cette aspect-là. Brando était un personnage complexe, parfois aux limites de la folie, mais quel charisme! En interview, quand il ne répondait pas n'importe quoi à des questions idiotes, ce pacifiste convaincu ne perdait pas son temps. Il en profitait pour faire passer des messages politiques, contre le racisme en particulier. Il fallait oser à l'époque. Un acteur brillant qui a changé le cinéma à jamais.

George Sanders lights two and gives one to Wendy Barrie in The Saint Takes Over 1940. Predates this but without the dramatic impact as he mainly did because she was driving.

Merci Laurent Touil Tartour de nous faire découvrir un épisode essentiel de la vie de Jean-Paul Sartre et de Benny Lévy personnage énigmatique et méconnu . Vous nous faites traverser les années 50/60/70 ce fut une grande réjouissance de lire cet essai magistralement écrit!! On apprend tellement. J’aimais Sartre et bien maintenant je l’aime encore plus!! Quant à Benny Lévy ce cher Paul Victor reste pour moi encore une énigme malgré tout.

Bravo Laurent d’avoir honoré Benny Lévy, qui ouvert le bon débat sur le philosophe français le plus reconnu mais également méconnu mondialement dans les dernières années de sa vie. Et quelle surprise!! On l’aime davantage encore Sartre et on salue le travail de Benny Lévy.
