When someone doesn't want to directly tell you what a job pays or what something costs it's because they are ashamed of it and know they are underpaying or overcharging. When I don't see either i automatically have no interest. Keeping the basics and the most important information about something intentionally undisclosed is a huge red flag.

Slow down. Catch your breath. Lose a few of the adjectives and adverbs. It's hard to listen to you. I'm interested in the boats so I watch. But you sound like a nervous kid giving a first time speech in front of a crowd.

can't vibe with the forward saloon windows being wasted with no seating areas there. I'd rather see the galley in the back area. The huge counter tops are a ridiculous waste. The seating area is awkward and view is blocked. I think this is a fail design.

Love the exterior. 'Tis a well thought out sailing vessel. The interior, not so much. The galley is ok for a weekender or a week, but completely inadequate for long term voyaging. Fridge and freezer are WAY too small. What is the teeny, tiny, itty bitty secondary sink for? Nice counter space but one would need a LOT more perishable food storage. Aft cabin. One can sit on the bunk. Why are there two space wasting settee's in a 54 foot boat? That should be storage for the nonexciting but necessary crap that real people need to conduct their lives. One can sit on the berth and dress or undress there. Yep. I am going to want a deliciously hot crew member sleeping just outside my thin walled boudoir. That's my fantasy. Air conditioning? Water maker? There are other things to point at, but it's late. I'm going to bed.

Yup, a flying bridge placed for maximum exposure to the elements. The one and only helm on the boat. No dogger, no shelter of any kind from the sun or weather and one lonely seat. Sounds fantastic on a long, windy and wet passage. Good times, good times....
