Yet they find it in his right hand and he's a lefty. He didn't die in the garage. He was killed in the house, carried to that garage and shit there. Again I see the big guy. I do agree with the necks being too narrow. Especially for the 12 strings. I played a 450/12 and it was a bit difficult playing. The lacquer never bothered me. I had a 620 maple glo and it was nice and all, but I like the semi hollow bodies because they sound better to me. I built a 425 copy that is hollowed out. Looks like a solid body but the back is capped. I made a video playing it.

It wasn't by demand. They stopped lacquering the fingerboards (except on reissue models) because apparently the lacquer can develop bubbling over time.

@@Potatoskinman that’s true of any of their guitars(body or neck) with nitrocellulose since 2010 or any other guitars with nitro for that matter.

@@Potatoskinman I took the plate off to get a look at the electronics, plus I heard some rattling around and there was tons of wood shavings and saw dust in it. Plus these painted red dots. I figured they'd do a better job of cleaning the cavity.

@@Potatoskinman they still lacquer(actually it’s a UV cured polyester) the fretboards on the vintage and C series model so that shoots that theory down.
