Asian Foods are Healthy. Just avoid stir fried or deep fried foods. Eat summer rolls instead of spring rolls. Eat broiled salmon or hamachi kama instead of shrimp tempura. I love love and miss eating Asian food! It depends on what you eat and eat in moderation. For me I cannot consume carbohydrates food at all. Processed food is so bad! I’m on a high protein diet and felt so much better than ever. No more inflammation , I have more energy …sleep so much better and losing weight.

My two daughters are five years apart and they love each other! It was nice to have one out of diapers and we got to focus on one kid for five years before having the second child. They went to elementary school together and loved riding the bus together! I hope they do continue having a good close relationship as they get older. Btw, love Christina’s hair cut!
