Assuming that everything that moves does a circuit (of some sort), I would like to see a video where a camera follows an object during a complete cycle.

@@choprjock there are events which take place. For instance the fire engines which attended the road side fire in America. For this I have recovered the whole event. However every time the event takes place the traffic around it is different. Sometimes the traffic jam caused is bigger or smaller depending on how much is in that area at that time. So there are times infinite paths involved in just that one event.

Best gauge one video I’d like to see how you did some of the shots, best wishes James
@HawkerFury2 ай бұрын
@@jimwalker-vl3nx that’s very kind of you James. Thanks ☺️ It is all filmed on a GoPro hero 8. Nothing more complicated. I use it on a an extendable pole. That helps to give extra reach and manoeuvrability. It also helps to stabilise the movements a little. A lose grip is better than a tight grip on the pole, you will get less shaking that way. The camera has built in picture stabilising which I have turned on. The shots on the train itself, I simply detach the pole and place the camera on any surface I dare rest it on 😂. You can use a little double sided tape to help hold it in place. I hope that helps and gives you the info you were after 👍

I was horrified to hear a giant toy train set was voted as #1 tourist destination in all of Germany, 6 years in a row. If this was in my humble small town, I'd take my kids when they were 6, it's something to do. But #1 in all of Germany? You really don't have historical landmarks or beautiful landscape?
@epervium2 ай бұрын
Same, even thought this place is amazingly crafted, I don’t really think it should be the ‘best tourist location’ in all of Germany. But then again, it’s really just personal taste, so I guess many people would like it. To be fair, it’s a fresh breath of air compared other countries with similar landscapes.

@HawkerFury3 ай бұрын
@@Wibble-zv3cs thanks. These are all gauge 1 model co wagons. Sadly you have to scoop them up second hand these days. I combined mine with the host of the GTG hence we had so many. I think Tenmille do some nice kits but not sure if they are available in 1/32 scale yet which is what mine are. Most of their stuff is 10mm scale. I would suggest asking on a forum or the gauge 1 Facebook group as others will have more ideas of kits.
