Sony is so stupid not allowing 60p on cameras sold in europe. WHY??? Is it so difficult to add an option for this?! Every PC monitor has 60Hz, not 50. So stuttering is caused by this decision. Furthermore standard DVD players only support 25fps and no HD anyway. If one owns a HD TV, there is no problem showing 30 or 60Hz.

i noticed when you upload a video to youtube or interent the frame rates drop. its much faster watching it on your tv or comp

Very good and clear video. The camera is relatively new so I'll have to wait for the price to dip before i could own one.

Hello there! It could have been for two particular reasons. Firstly, only the NTSC (American and Japanese versions) actually shoot in 60p. All the rest of the world uses Pal system, which only shoots in 50p at full res. Lastly, as of now, KZbin will NOT let you upload 60p videos, regardless.

yes.....it makes the best photos for a campact camere that i ever have seen ..../sorry for my English..
