They started their journey from Kathmandu Valley and went up to Muktinath. I did this adventure solo back in 2021. It was magnificent.

Thanks Keith. It is Lake Marian. It is a stunning but reasonably difficult 2-3hr walk in to the lake, located in Fiordland National Park, near Milford Sound

Sadly on this day our fitness was not up to it. We had climbed for 3 hrs and had about half an hour to go but my old knee was failing me and the weather was closing in so we turned back. We are determined to return and conquer it!

Red Tarns walk is near Mt cook. Short walk, much easier than Sealy Tarns walk!
