You're missing the ram mount nub and elastic harness. HEHE 3 phones down thus far, I've learned that it comes with glue; don't forget the glue.

@@EyesOnTheEast From my experience, not at all. This bike had almost 20,000 miles of hard street riding on the original top end with no value adjustment (checked the valves 3 times). Typically Enduro bike engines are significantly "de-tuned" compared to the race bike variant

Biggest worry about these bigger bikes from KTM is the damn cam wear issues. Not to mention they are restructuring their finances right now.

@@JackRLong12 This is true. To my little understanding about these motorcycles, I don't think the cam wear is an issue with the 690. It's definitely an issue with the new 890 adventure. KTM looks a little Rocky right now, In the end I hope they prevail.

Same as u,i can scrape,coast,one handers u name it,and 3 weeks ago looped it sideways..broke 3 tor bones,any idea what makes the bike fall sideways? Do we target fixate or smh?

I think it really comes down to whatever mistake you made that made you flip. For some reason, I didn't let go of the bike which really ended up hurting me more in the end. Sorry to hear about your injury, I hope you feel better.

I never had that oil problem after a long wheelie with with SMC from 2010, but maybe it's a different for the newer models. Also my reason the 690 not perfect would be the weight. Even though it's quite low compared to other motorcycles, a competition bike like the WR or an EXC is even more fun to ride. But they have the disadvantage of high maintenance

Yeah the competition bikes feel even more like a toy because they are so light. They also rev much higher which makes them a little more fun.

Do you always upgrade cam chain tensioners? What’s your experience with that? Seems to be a costly upgrade and makes early model dynas not so affordable, if you immediately need to upgrade those.

@@keithandcoral In my opinion, it's a little played out. Yeah, it's considered a weak point with these motorcycles, but it's not necessary to get them done immediately. It all depends on how much mileage the motorcycle has and how it was treated. They usually make noise when they are about to fail so it's pretty easy to tell. Most of the bikes I've owned didn't have them done and no issues whatsoever. I even had a bike with 80,000 mi that was on the stock tensioners, it did make noise though but that just goes to show how far it can make it

I have 25k mls on the original spring tensioners in my 1999 FXDL. No visible wear. No idea what's wrong with them. No lifter issues like my 1995 evo FXDL had at 23k. I wouldn't wheelie it because the front motor mount is £200 here in the UK. By FXDL tc88 was made 10/98. Still has the paper labels inside the fenders on blue/silver factory paint. Solid rear wheel is a good option. I prefer the spoke front with twin disc. 1987 calipers work fine with EBC HH but the rear caliper needs a file taking to the inside radius because OEM pads have backing shims. Buckhorns are still the most comfortable with forward controls. Corbin seat was on it when I got it. V&H straight shots don't give the most top end but I don't ride on a dyno.

To be a Karen, you by definition must be complaining about something that isn’t a real issue and also must refuse to de-escalate no matter how reasonable the opposing party is attempting to be. This guy’s concern was legitimate and he chillled out as soon as the issue was discussed. And I agree with him. Don’t do that shit next to people’s houses. I mean as he is saying that you can see tire marks literally everywhere from flat spotting and burns outs. I think both people in this video handled the situation well. Not every fucking situation has to have a bad guy. Like honestly, I don’t even know this video needed to be posted. If nothing else it’s fucking boring.
