@peteyerey i think characters being fun matters a lot more than them being balanced.

How are the characters unbalanced?

@@Hussain-eq4tp the guys start having to make characters more and more ambitious in ideas to the point where it gets out of control and peppino looks like a wimp. like pepperman in round 2 I don't think is intentional but he can not only start at mach 4 with an easy technique but also maintain it while not worrying about walls. he also has the dive like peppino does and his ground pound, I kid you not, can be canceled into a dive left or rigjt meaning you can pull off some horribly crazy movement with him. literally every single modded character that isn't a reskin has this ONE thing that they can do is absolutely through the roof and most of the time it's easy to learn like getting a very early mach start. peppino doesn't have any of that. they just left him in the dust and it sucks knowing there basically isn't a reason to play my favorite pepperoni man if all of the characters do what he can but basically 20 times better

Well, Peppino does have one thing over the others. He can build up speed by wall climbing. Vigilante cannot stick to the end of a wall and goes flying with his boots. Pepperman bounces. Fake Pino same as vigi (kinda) Noise obviously can't stick to walls Mr Stick starts flying but doesn't stick. He can also dive bomb... Which helps in some parts, like War.

In the chefs kiss files there is an instruction text file, maybe check that?

@@Apersononthepizzatower I've tried that, and i genuinely don't know what it means. That's one of the few reasons why i'm asking for a tutorial.

@BernardoToscano-c4g that one's just w reskin with added ceiling run while this has a fully custom moveset

We can all say that those mods represent of what they think of how fake peppino can work

@Apersononthepizzatower it's the data.win.xdelta file. It says its invalid

Well next to the apply patch there is a configuration icon, click on that and press Checksum validation, after that try applying the patch and it should work

Also make sure you are in the lastest version of the game

I wouldn't really compare the two, one's a simple reskin mod and the other's a full game mod.
