The hacker will win because the admin panel is limited. For example, you can't spawn glitch fragment with the admin panel but mod menus and consoles are unlimited and you can do anything with them. For example, you can spawn glitch fragment, and monsters like Sally, and going from a door to another door

Before commenting just know that if you are just a little kid and join a random elevator you might not see that there is an admin panel or don't understand what that means (When I got them to join I just said "BEATING FLOOR 1 JOIN" and said nothing about the admin panel) Some of them were begging for admin and some of them probably didn't knew that admin counts as a modifier or that admin even exists.
