The polar express film holds a special place in my heart as being one of the first films i ever saw in theatres, as well as keeping my belief in santa so strong in the hopes that i too, would get to ride this magic train to the north pole. My mom got me the book as a christmas present and its always been at the forefront of my holidays. What an amazing rendition. Cheers. 💖

Wow, one of the most amazing readings!! Why it is the only one book you recorded? Absolutely perfect!

So glad I remember this more than the 2004 movie. There was a calmness and dignity to the original book that was completely ditched in the movie adaptation. I didn't even know Liam Neeson was the guy who narrated this.

I enjoy the movie but this recording is just so darn good. It really lets the warmth and magic of the original story shine through.

I used to fall asleep to this every night. Even not during the holidays. Today I've just rediscovered it after years. I am happy.

I remember the cost of the book was something ridiculous and I really wanted to read a sample before paying money. I'm glad I didn't. The blurb on the back is full of warning signs even if you never listened to the album, but the story is so bland, cliché, and nonsensical I can't imagine who this is for or who would possibly enjoy it. The story even sucks in musical form, but coupled with awful writing... ouch. I don't even hate it, I like The Astonishing as an album, but the whole concept is such a letdown for all the buildup they gave it. Great video K-hat.

I was expecting something along the lines of what Brendaniel reads. This was a cool video, but I'm disappointed that it wasn't covering poorly written smut stories with unreadable grammar.
