The MD500 is a great bird, but too many panels on the windshield from the factory. MD should have adopted the Clearview 2 piece windshield when they went to the pointed nose over the rounded nose.

why does the arrow not point to where the object was, it's pointing to the canopy and the object is by the right vertical stabilizer.

So im curious as to why your MD500 is different. All the 500's I have ever flown the blades start moving soon as the starter is engaged. Yours did not start moving until several seconds after ignition, that is concerning to me. Can you explain? I have about 4000 hrs in 500D and E models and have never seen this.
