Every time I have to connect a sequence manually? by going into the lead form and selecting the “connect sequence” option. Is there any way to connect segments automatically when a lead is entered in CRM? My leads appear in the segment that I created in Sales Hub, but they don’t connect to sequences automatically. Can you please help me with this?

Hey there! 1. In Dynamics 365 Sales Accelerator, sequences typically need to be connected to leads manually through the “Connect Sequence” option on the lead form. You can also create segments to group similar leads and link them to a sequence. 2. However, the system does not always automatically connect new leads within a segment to sequences right out of the box. To automate this process and avoid manual work, you can use Power Automate to build workflows. 3. This allows you to automatically connect sequences to leads based on predefined conditions, streamlining your workflow. Some points to consider: 1. If your leads appear in the correct segment but are not connected to a sequence, double-check that the segment conditions and sequence connections are correctly set up through Sales Insights settings. 2. The sequence steps will only be visible in the “Up Next” widget for the user assigned to the lead. Make sure you are logged in as the assigned user if you are trying to verify this visibility. Let us know if this helped!
