The truth about the W Hotel is a disappointing as it can be. Treat the employees very poorly, famous for unfair dismissal, violate cost laws and polluted an area that before was dunes and nature and cut the view to 90 degrees (Before you can see the sea not the hotel) and also they want it to change the culture of the city trying to change the rules of the beach! (they previously polluted) fortunately, Catalan people opposed. This hotel is quite hated here in Barcelona is one of the biggest Gentrification cases here, and I hope it gets demolish so we can again have a 180 degrees view of the sea (I don't mind seeing the port either) This hotel is the monument to inequality and how the rules can be bent with money. People here in BCN dislike it Big Time.

Pass Travel and ZED Premium Cabin will no longer get you an upgrade from economy class. Even on a premier status or on a regular ticket you can no longer get an upgrade. Those seats sell out early, months and months in advance. You have to buy a ticket months and months in advance.

JetBlue Mint usually goes for about $1,400 one-way. You can find it occasionally in the $600s, and there are upgrade options that tend to run in the $500 range. Just depends on the route and the flight

even with 30% transfer bonus, its still 54k points extra from that, means about $540 usd to $150+ usd if you can get from 4%-1% from Amex/ Chase/ other credit cards :)) ( not counting SUP since you still have to spend a few thousands to get it ) So your title just fools normal people, not people like you and me who travel frequently on points :)) Yes its stil 90%+ discount comparing to cash booking, but its not $437 :)) Btw I'm just back from Sydney to Sing on my Suites for 240k points instead of $17k usd :)) A380 for life.

It's the best transcon product out there! I'd fly them more if they had a larger domestic network than mostly the Caribbean and east coast. Recently tried Mint to Paris CDG and it was half the cost of what the others were charging with an entire seat to yourself. It was fantastic. I hope they grow and stay around!

Hold on, let me get this straight?I am paying Tsa precheck and get approved by the US database so that I don't need to remove my shoes, ok, nice BUT what garantee do we have that someone else who is also a low-risk traveler and who got approved aswell does't show up with an explosive or a freaky weapon in his shoes?Since he doesn't need to remove his shoes??What the hell?

yep, if you have an FNA cert (Free Night Award) you can top it off with an additional 15K Bonvoy points. I usually do this with the Bonvoy Business's 35K FNA (to max it out at 50K), and the Bonvoy Brilliant's 85K FNA (to max it out at 100K)
