I had to remove my comment due to scammy replies but wanted to include the information Titandigs provided: It needs to be 200mm deep in the water. The pumps mean he needs less ballast, but it still requires 30kg of lead ballast. A very nice build indeed!

Model centrifugal pump, kit unmachined Please see the photo's this is a full set of unmachined parts to make the pump. The use of machine tools is requiered to make this model. All drawings and fixtures are metric and this model can be made on any 7x mini lathe. The kit contains- - 3 alloy castings - 2 cast brass pipe flanges - cast brass gland - cast brass impeller - cast brass pully - 2 roller bearings - stainless steal shaft - stainless steel threaded rod - brass nuts - rubber seal - 6 pages of technical drawings Overall dimenshions are H-82mm W-70mm L-90mm Pully is 22mm, the pipe flanges are 28mm and fit to solder 12mm copper pipe. This pump will run from any moderate steam plant such as the stuarts range Please see my other listings for more model engineering kits coming soon.

@@titandigs Is this a specific brand from Ebay? Would you happen to have a link to th eEbay seller? I've bought 3 different smoke units from Ebay. All have been a huge let down. They just DON'T make enough smoke!
