Honestly I've thought about Anakin's fate and he was really doomed from the moment he left his mother. Qui Gon may have helped keep him from the dark side because he was more of a father figure...but Anakin didn't really have that because the Council were always afraid of his future and so they doubted him at every turn. By pushing him away they pushed him towards Palpatine who filled that father figure role. No one really understood him because he didn't begin early as a Jedi. Watching the life he could have had with his kids even in joke form is still so sad for me haha.

You must understand that Luke’s behavior in TLJ is normal, see nobody is perfect NOBODY not even a legends like Luke, Yoda, Obi-Wan or Anakin and if you think about it Luke is young in OT around 20 so yes he is pozitive, naive and just like all young people, but in ST he is an old man with more experience and failure so it make sence he is different (everyone as grow change their opinions and see world differently after years of experiences). Plus Yoda and Obi-Wan did the same they thought they failed so they change and went to exile. Say what you want about TLJ but it has one of the best message in all SW movies that failure is the best teacher and that we learn from our mistakes, but most of the people have their tunel vision and if they hate something they just can’t see the main stuff. And I don’t want to be toxic like most of the fans but all movies not just SW movies have some flaws but you must see the great things about it (OT is original story for that time and great creative ideas even without the CGI but they are still pretty old movies for modern viewers-please don’t kill me but it’s true, the new hope lightsaber duel is not that impresive and please don’t tell me the Empire was defeated by some little tedy bears, PT has also great story of Anakin Skywalker, great view on politic and personally I think it has the best villains, plus the lightsaber duels are great but it has a bit cringy dialogs sometimes, ST has the best cinematography and Cool new stuff but most of it is not a good story-TFA is just New hope, TLJ has pretty unnecessary Finn and Rose trip and TROS has pretty stupid plot, plus bringing Palpatine back was shit idea). But I must respect if your opinion is different.

This was so beautiful. An amazing tribute to Obi-Wan. And how Alec Guiness was able to act out so much emotion with just his eyes, 30 years BEFORE the prequels were even made!
