Still trying out different mediums on my black paper sketchbook.

Oil pastel background on canvas, plan out the foreground, mid ground, background, the colors scheme that will be used. day 1. day 2 add the first layer, paint with white to add a surface for the paint add darker colors 2nd layer,day 3 more planning, paint with white paint let dry add paint from dark to light use reference photos to figure out where to put shadows and light reflect. Add more details pen ink can also be added to outline and add texture.

10 minutes a day for 3 days I was able to make this painting.

the bottom of the paintbrush is the smallest point I have that I used to create this design. unless I use a tooth pick which I might do for the blue design.

Atleast I now know inexpensive Air Dry Clay can be made to look shiny. With glue and oil and paint. I want to try a faux blue plate like design on this too like I did with the lid.
