71 series had 4 valve heads 6 cylinder 8 and 12 early 71s did have 2 valve the 92 series wasn't the first 4 valve heads also Cat D343 346 348 engines were all 4 valve in the early 70s

Am I seeing things? 🤨 It looks like the first two and last two rows are 180° apart, but the middle rows are moving together.. WTF? 🥴 Why aren't they at 0, 180, 120, 300, 240 and 60°?

That would br an 8V92 T , being turbo charged , and , equiped with a bypass blower for when the turbo came on strong ... the blower just got in the way of normal induction. It had a "blow around passage" cast into each side of the blower to allow the turbo(s) to work . Awesome engine !
