I love Paul Chek but this ain't it. Our bodies were designed to eat meat. People are sick because they're eating processed garbage aka beyond meat burgers.

I was vegetarian / vegan for approximately 22 years. Most recently after getting Paul’s book , How To Eat Move and Be Healthy… and listening to his comments on having dogmatic views regarding diet, I have been incorporating small amounts of flesh foods when I feel I need it, and after these few months, I will say I have seen drastic improvements with my energy, overall strength and memory function. I give thanks to the Source for any flesh food that I consume and this doesn’t change my views on factory farming or cruelty to animals. I truly hope what I’ve seen in this trailer regarding the return to natural ways of how animals are reared and treated when they are being provided as a food source becomes a reality and people can stop fighting over what they feel is good for them should be how everyone else should eat ✌🏼
@MikkoMurmeli54 минут бұрын
Wise words. It's still hard for perhaps many people to accept the fact that dietary needs are individual and can change over time. If you do more intense physical training for example, it's a given that animal produces will make you stronger, at least if those animal produce have been of good quality, more natural-like. Animal cruelty is something we all should be very concerned of, and personally, I'd like to one day, when my financial situation allows it, to move to countryside to keep some animals of my own for eventual food. Organ meats, especially hormone gland meats, used to be prized delicacy of the ancient humter-gatherers, and I want some of those too. But it should not come at the expense of the animal's well-being.

The carnivore diet is for Europeans your ancestors where cave men who ate raw meat all other cultures ate a well balanced diet mostly plant based
@Major-Calamity5 сағат бұрын
Humans engineered these animals for consumption over thousands of years. Their brains are smaller and they don't feel pain the way we think. Even so, after working in an abattoir there's a lot to be done for animal welfare. People don't know this but the German Reich processed animals in the most humane way. Even to this day no country has come close to replicating that standard. Halal and Kosher slaughter must be banned and condemned.

herbivores are herbivores. carnivores are carnivores. the man is way more carnivore than herbivore. so the main part of our diet should be meat. the rest are side dishes.

love this, Paul. 100% false narrative to keep the masses sick. Meat is amazing for us.....the problem is Big Ag ( with the help of our Govt) has been allowed to provide beef from sick cows due to their diet and living conditions. Funny how govt creates the problem then presents the " solution" and its worse......every time.

@@HerbieKg I also think that meat is good, at least when it's produced humanely and not having the animals suffer. I tried being vegan for a month, but it made me physically weaker even though my plant and mushroom diet had good variety. How do you explain that? Maybe because I didn't take B12 supplements nor seaweeds.

what? we have little in common with actual carnivores. our digestive systems are very different. And meat eaters produce their own vit C. the only supplement you have to take w/out meat is b12 and that is b/c the water and soil is so processed, it is removed.

Thank you, I’m back after nearly a decade messing up my 20s in ways, but not exactly. I’m clean and sober off everything besides THC, some caffeine and Kratom to stay away from alcohol mainly. I just can’t live that way anymore. I use to flow you and Elliot Smith religiously and found you and your books through Elliot. I bought How to eat, move and be healthy and am getting it back from my sister who I loaned it to months ago. Breathing squats have saved me from myself many many times over as an addict/alcoholic. My purpose on earth and Gods vision for me is to heal and help others through my music and through methods such as this to heal and assist my loved ones and just all humans. This will save your life if you allow it to, we CAN heal after damage. Praise God and God blesss you, Paul. Thank you and may love and light always guide you and your family; all humans. ❤

Gratitude is a love language I was always not so good in. Yet, as you say Paul, it's better to learn the love languages that you are not so good in. I feel I've been good with Respect and Understanding, of course not always, but in many enough cases. Yet there can be many people who do not feel those two love languages so strongly. You always deliver, Paul, thank you!
