Buy Some ws2812 or ws2815 (preferably 144leds/m) some led diffusor channels and a powersupply + arduino or esp programm it and you can make the exact same thing

Hey Ray, These are my own bases I had milled out of aluminum. The cost was around $200/ea. They work great for the Hyperions or Titans if you want something a little more stable than the tripod that comes with the Titans.
