My cycle came back after bio identical hormone replacement at 60. Very disconcerting. Lasted almost a year. Now in my 70s, I am good. So happy with the therapy. Thank you for sharing. 💜💜

I hear pretty often that people don't like the color in the regular jibun and I always find that fascinating! The color is what drew me to the original. It's just enough to keep it interesting and make me happy but not too much that I'm embarrassed to use it in public. I definitely prefer the thin paper versus the mio paper. Just interesting setting people's different preferences! 😃

@@PlatypusPlans yes, I got another regular jibun for 2025. I'm still trying to decide how to use all the different pages and sections. There's so many possibilities! Lately I've really enjoyed using the monthly page to write down what we had for dinner. Then I rate if the family liked it. Along the side of the page I track how many times we got take out with tally marks. In the money section, I wrote down the monthly bills that vary, such as water, electricity, etc. and then I track how much each bill was each month so I can see how our usage is changing over the seasons. Sorry for going on and on. I don't know anyone in real life who likes this stuff lol

You know I'm a sticker addict but I do understand the fear of chunk. There are erasable highlighters (Frixion is the brand) if having to change things is an issue. Also small dot stickers that come in different colors that probably wouldn't add a ton of bulk. I liked all of your layouts so I say go with what feels right to you. But I know there are so many options for things to use.

@@TheKoffeeVerse I’ve tried the Frixion highlighters and discovered that Frixion pens don’t work well on top of the highlighter, which defeated the purpose! I do like the idea of dot stickers, though. I’ll give those a try. Thanks, Beth!

I love the Jibun! I have gone back and forth over the years from using Hobonichi, Papertess Designs, Sterling Ink and Jibun. I am definitely using the Jibun Techo for 2025. I love the layout, paper and colors.

You can slip anything in the cover, using the cover that comes with it as a template. I have used lightweight card stock and a greeting card that had a beautiful picture on it. The only thing I DON’T like about the A5 slim is that it makes it harder to find accessories that work with it since it isn’t the standard A5.

I’m an appt functional planner. I love stickers and use them on my monthly spreads with all the dates there for birthdays, vacations, etc. On my weekly spreads I may place a few small ones as I would get into a bind if I just put them where ever. I also need the bottom area for my running todo list, I’m always adding to it, checking off as things get done and them moving the items not done to the next week.

Have you tried moving the calendar into the facing page. You might get 7 days by rotating the book to a horizontal orientation. Then the left page can be used for something else. I

The planner cover is sticking instead of sliding on the plastic cover. You could put a vellum in between the book and plastic cover and see if that helps

I’m a first time Sterling Inc. order we chatted about that before in another video, but I got the end to horizontal full year like the big one, but I thought it was the same size as the one don’t get me wrong. I’m my bad I guess so confusing and then I turned around and ordered the N1 vertical well. They only only is one and one I guess and I think I’m gonna like it better because it’s just too thick and too compact for some reason but that doesn’t mean anything because she has smaller sizes I guess in that amount of pages I don’t know. I can’t keep track, I’m sorry. I guess I’m just trying a new planner and ordering too many now I need to sell two! They even do returns at all Hobonichi and sterling ink

@@katebaker8763 I’m so sorry that you didn’t get what you wanted! But there is. Sterling Ink BST group on FB that is legit (I haven’t heard about any scammers). So the A5 size is like the Hobo Cousin, the N2 size is like the size of the Hobo Weeks, and the N1 is the Traveler’s Notebook size. The Full Year is a thick 520 pages and the Compact (which contains a whole year unless noted that it is a half year planner) has 272 pages. It can be so confusing sometimes. I’m really hoping you end up getting what you wanted!

@@katebaker8763 The fault is completely mine: 1) I realized that I called the Sterling Ink planner by the wrong size/name. The one I’m holding and using is the N1V. Apologies. 2) I was talking about the PaperTessDesign TN Yearly Planner Compact Edition-she is not making a dated TN vertical Yearly Planner. She does have a TN undated (vertical) as well as her Yearly Notebook, which is a different format.

I am at a loss I ordered the weeks mega (sneaker) don’t think I am going to like the sneaker I had the regular cover last year love it and this year I ordered sterling ink tn horizontal I am replacing a huge budget planner and now I am confused also ordered cousin used it last year loved loved loved it - whew might use sneaker or cousin for budget hime stuff and sterling ink for schedule work now I don’t know lol!!!

@@katebaker8763 I think you will like your Sterling Ink! Coming from a Weeks you will be amazed at how much more room you have. The only complaint I have heard about the Sneaker is that it doesn’t lay flat. That would drive me bananas! Cousin is pretty big so you could get a lot of info in there. Make some mock spreads in the sizes of your planners and you will likely figure out what feels good and what doesn’t. Good luck and keep me posted!

I am a functional planner. I could never slap stickers n washi on my weeks because I would end up in a bind too. So I tried to stick stickers after the week was done but then I didn’t like it so I gave up.

I am changing mine to a b6 Slim for 2025, with Sterling Ink, of course. I love the size, having used it in 2021 with the Jibun Techo. The good news is that Chic Sparrow is developing a Number 10 design for B6 Slim size! Right now I am using a B6 common planner (vertical) which I love. I also have the N1 Vertical which I really haven't used. I have way too many unused planners. Sigh. Oh, the decisions...

You are so entertaining! I carry my planner/s around too and it’s always a struggle between size and weight. I tried the hobonichi cousin this year and was a wash because it’s so big and heavy that it made me not want to crack it open but I’m so torn on the sizes

Lol-thank you! I tend to laugh at myself a lot 😂. I used the Cousin for a hot minute a few years back and swore never to buy another one ever again because it was a behemoth in my bag. What sizes are you torn between? A lot of people are going over to B6Slim-many claim it to be their unicorn size.

@@PlatypusPlans yeah I’m thinking of getting four planners 😂 b6slim horizontal full for work and maybe n2 horizontal compact for health, b6 vertical for study and a passport vertical. The passport vertical is mainly for time planning/blocking and the other horizontals are for more task orientated? Working in my cousin made me realise I really like the time blocking aspect but I usually don’t follow planned time blocks (self employed) except for appointments/meetings so I’m always writing over the planning and it looks like a mess but quite effective! So I figured I should just use a passport where I can carry it around and do my scribblings at the back. So I’ll mainly be carrying around a passport and a b6 slim and the rest can stay at home, hopefully it works out 😂

@@kimd.7846 I know! It’s such a beautiful, clean and workable planner! She has the booklets but I don’t think you can get 120 pages to lay flat. I don’t do the traveler’s notebook system but I just really like the size. Yes, my 2 dogs ALWAYS play like that (they love to growl but are harmless) whenever I film a vid. It’s like they know I can’t shush them at that time 😂 What planner are you going with for 2025?

Oh my gosh, Thank You so much for making this video!!! I’ve been on the fence about what size Sterling Ink Common Planner to get and I needed your examples and layouts to help me pick. I’ve been jumping planners all year and I’m hoping I’ve figured out my system for next year. But I loved your reasoning about the bottom spacing because my ADHD brain needs list and in my weekly section I write out my daily habits and I need more space than the N2 and B6. So the N1-V is going to be perfect!!!!

Is the N1-V portable? Is it too big to be an EDC? I'm getting it for 2025 but do I need a passport or N2 for on the go. Thinking I dont need an N2 and I'm just looking for somwone to tell me I do! I would like a planner for health/fitness so may N2 for that? Or 2 N1s...? Decisions. Decisions.

@@abcsjuneau I feel your pain! The N1 isn’t super big but it’s definitely a lot heavier with a leather cover. If you plan on carrying your health/fitness planner to the gym, the N2 is easier. But if you use it to write down your reps, definitely easier to write in the N1 if your hand/grip gets shaky. I hope that helps!

@@PlatypusPlans I do better when I compartmentalize things lol So having separate planners helps me stay organized. It only becomes an issue if there is a ton of overlap, then it becomes redundant...

Love the new channel name! Glad you are finding your planner peace! There are so many options out there it is hard to figure out which one is best for you until you give some a try. I think 6 months isn't too bad to learn what works for you.
