Hi, glad you found the video helpful! To save the file to a different folder with today’s date, you can modify the WorkBookName variable to specify the folder path and use Format(Now, "yyyy-mm-dd") to get today's date. Here's an example: Sub SaveIt() Dim DateTimeSuffix As String, WorkBookName As String WorkBookName = "C:\NewFolder\Data_" ' Change to your desired folder path DateTimeSuffix = Format(Now, "yyyy-mm-dd") ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=WorkBookName & DateTimeSuffix & ".xlsx" End Sub Make sure to update "C:\NewFolder\Data_" with the path to your target folder. This will save the file in that folder with today's date in the name. Hope this helps!

Hi, You can press ctrl+f8 and open macro dialogue box select the macro and hit options and assign it a shortcut. So, this way you can use assigned shortcut to run the macro instead of using the save button. Thanks

Sir, You've explained how to hide all worksheets except my active sheet. Sir, I want to hide all worksheets except my active one, but I also want that, when your VBA Code hiding all worksheets except my active one, Then, I want to create some User ID and password box in my active sheet and If I want that when I'll put it in these ID and password box, all hidden worksheets will be automatically unhide. Sir, If you give me that kind of particular VBA Code, I'll be very obliged.

How do you save the individual worksheet using naming convention using the file name and a cell in the worksheet? ie in your example the cell would be B1. I run quarterly reports ie 2022_Q3 with the individual naming inside the worksheet not the sheet name.
