I think the Yunho photocards from Treasure era are from the meta albums which is why they are glossy. KQ released Meta albums for the Treasure series, which included glossy photo cards. The first print cards are matte whereas the others are glossy so they might not be fake.

Shipping costs will depend on how much the total package weighs and which country you are from. They have different shipping as well, they typically automatically choose EMS which is the most expensive but then you can change it to something else they have. If I had to guess shipping might cost anywhere between $50-$70. Could be a bit more, it really depends on the weight and option you choose. But I don’t think it would costs much more than this range. Though this is based on my own experiences!
