I got it from Junon Region right after the parade. Remember when the seventh infantry joined your party? See if you can go back at the Starboard Connecting Passage at Level 3. You can also check out my 16th upload at around 6min mark, that should give you an idea where to get it. Cheers!

I had to set the cruise power manually using the throttle to 2300rpm.

I got same issue, without buying the full game it appears you can not complete the quest during the steam free to play 5 days event.

Thanks for watching Alfonso. For the last step, once you've reached the airport, just take a 41 degree heading turn and that should align your plane to the runway.

You need to increase your BHP. Go to Car Settings > Quick Tune > Level up and increase Power Ratio %
