Thanks this is so needed. Ive been to Franklin Halls church in Phoenix in 2008. It was more like a preserved museum stocked with literature but they did provide as service with a small group. My longest fast was 33 days on water. I long for the next one.

Need help 🖐 I was always too afraid to go beyond 3 days of fasting. When I think that going beyond this stage the breakup becomes complicated. I prefer to stop on the 3rd day. I need a website, a platform, or a coach who can accompany me for a long time. Even after reading the whole book, I'm still afraid to take that risk. What to do? Please
