Hello , a few hours ago my brother and I bought sniper elite 5 for 17 dollars from g2a and we got the product key , we tried with the key multiple times but it didn’t work, we demanded a refund and was asked to provide screenshots of the error and the the region setting . Hope to get my money back 🥹 they said they wanna verify everything with the screenshots but I don’t know . I feel like I was robbed ! And I’m very very extremely pissed 😡🤬

Ive bought a bit of keys from them, but after the last purchase, I ran into their customer service and refund policy, which they dont have one. Its up to the seller to issue a refund or not, they can wait weeks to give you a key and G2A support does nothing to respond. Im going back to greenman gaming, been buying from them for years, might be a few dollars more, but ive never had an issue with them

Just gonna say there's a difference between something being "LEGIT" (as in I won't get scammed by using it) and being LEGAL. CD Keys might be "Legit" (I think I've used it once or twice in the past) but it doesn't seem very "Legal" from what I can see on forums and reviews. It's classified as a "grey market" site. The source they're getting their keys from is not well known (they don't purchase keys from publishers directly unlike other safer or more legal sites).
