This is a lovely sentiment --- and I believe it was sung in tribute to a young woman who went him to be with the Lord. RIP

1. There is a hand, unseen by me, That leads through ways I cannot see; While going through this world of woe, This hand still leads me as I go. Refrain: I’m trusting in the unseen hand That guides me through this weary land; And some sweet day I’ll reach that strand, Still guided by the unseen hand. 2. His hand has led through shadows drear, And while it leads, I have no fear; I know ’twill lead me to that home Where sin and sorrow ne’er can come. [Refrain] 3. I long to see my Savior’s face And sing the story "Saved by Grace," And there upon that golden strand, I’ll praise Him for His guiding hand. [Refrain]

This one needs to be re-done. HAA! I know it sounds crazy but when the kiddo starts screaming and crying, it's hard on my ears when I have ear buds in. Wild enough, I'm a nanny to 7 young children and I used to be a teacher before that so it's not that I don't like children. I absolutely love them - just not in my ears that loud. HAA! Can we get a re-do on this one next time y'all get together? I LOVE hearing that trio of Becky, Phillip, and Annie (I think that's her name).

Y'all just need to start singing through the hymnbook. I could sit here and sing along with my harmony part all day if you did that.

LOL! Who's the Dad in the plaid shirt handing out commands while singing his harmony part too? I have a feeling he's probably a very good leader where he works or he owns his own business and is an excellent leader there. I've watched alot of these videos and you can tell he has natural leadership in him...

This song makes me think of the verse in Genesis (Gen. 48:15) where Jacob is blessing Joseph before he passes from this life. New Living Translation Then he blessed Joseph and said, “May the God before whom my grandfather Abraham and my father, Isaac, walked- the God who has been my shepherd all my life, to this very day. Love the videos of the family singing around the piano. You bless many!!

First of all let me say I enjoyed the song. I love the Collingsworth Family. Kim Collingsworth is my favorite pianist of all time. As far as I am concerned she is the GOAT. Any time, any where, and yes of any genre. I say that for four reasons. 1. Kim’s piano skills are as good as anyone. 2. Her enthusiasm and excitement are not matched by any I have ever heard of seen. It is obvious to me that she is moved by the song. 3. She has a great sense of music. She knows how to play it pretty. 4. Kim’s gifts (1, 2, & 3) are from above. Now having said all of that, I have one criticism. I guess I’ll be the dog. I’ll be the hated one. In my opinion cell phones should be banned. Are we worshiping God or filming a family reunion? There should be one or two camera persons. Possibly non singers. What if one of the phones should ring in the middle of a Holy Ghost movement. Do you film this way in church? One man was stepping in front of the official photographer, looking around, laughing and smiling. But when it came time for his featured solo, then he was very serious. Another man, standing in the middle of the group held his phone high, like he was was Otto Preminger filming “The Ten Commandments”, not getting the people behind him, which the official photographer did when they scanned the room. Maybe he was just interested in Kim’s playing. Put your cell phone on vibrate and put it in your pocket. If you want a copy of your family singing, da. Have you heard of KZbin. OK, I guess I’m done. Go ahead lay into me. Bottom line I just think this should be more about worshiping God than filming a family reunion.

I always love getting to hear the other family members get to sing the solos rather than the main ones who sing in the traveling family group. We get to hear them all the time and it's always fun to hear the others who don't travel with them.

At this point, y'all just need to buy a bunch of the old red hymn books Gerald Wolfe often talks about and have everyone sing through those. The old southern baptist hymnbook has a lot of the good favorites in it too.

Y'all should totally learn "How Blest We Are" from the musical Big River. GREAT HARMONY!! Just don't let anyone get too wild with it - especially at the end... it's so much prettier if you just keep it simple and rich with pretty harmony.

I love that they let other people sing and have the solos in this rather than taking the solo, duet, and ensemble parts themselves... it's fun to hear the rest of the family sing.

I'm bawling right now. THIS is WORSHIP! Everyone is bringing what they have and laying it on the altar. Everyone is sharing what they have to offer. Geneva 1599 Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you plenteously in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing your own selves, in Psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with a grace in your hearts to the Lord,

Do us all a favor and get a tall camera pole. Make sure your camera has a wide angle and then just set it and leave it. LOL! I'm dizzy by the end of these videos for the amount of back and forth panning you do... HAA! Sheesh!
