HI,You have some lovely Siskins on feeders. I only get a few visiting my garden but a lot do go to the Akder trees in the field outside my front garden as the like tofeed on the Alder cones so very hard to get any goo footage of any worth using. They are very lovely birds. Don't get out much now I am on my own so I do like to see birds in my garden.Thanks for sharing these.Warm greetings,Julie

Thanks, Julie. Hope you are OK. I don't get out much myself, either. A lot has happened the last couple of years, most of it bad! I have the feeders in a wood close to me, and have had up to 6 Siskins visiting the last couple of winters into spring. They are lovely birds, and quite tame, so I can sit down and watch from them to my heart's content from about five metres away. I also get woodpeckers and a few others. Quite therapeutic to watch and film them. Best wishes, Jeremy.

@BadgerBotherer1 Sounds as if you have a great place to watch 🐦 I have my garden but I do not get more than one visit from a Woodpecker every three years but it is a lovely surprise when I do see one. Since my husband died last year I find the birds are a great comfort to see every day in the garden. I hope to get out to one of the gardens not far from my home as I have not managed that yet.Hope the sun shines where you are....bit dull here today, but at least it is not raining. I've put some feeders in my local woods, and they are attracting a lot of birds, including these siskins, woodpeckers, etc. They have become quite used to me, so I can sit down and watch them from close by, which is quite relaxing! Not been paying attention to KZbin as there's been a lot going on, but hope to post some more videos, and will check out some of yours (watching the snooker on TV now!). Cheers, Jeremy.

@@HelenaMikas Do you get many badgers where you are? I haven't seen any for a few years. Funnily enough, I visited the sett today for the first time in a few years, which I found quite upsetting, partly because the viewing platform I built was vandalised, and also because it reminded me of the woman who used to come badger-watching with me, who later turned nasty!

@@BadgerBotherer1 Germany does have Badgers and they live mainly in forests Have never seen in real life but watch videos of others who have ..Sorry about the unpleasant memories but try not to hold them in your head .You brought excellent videos and info re these amazing animals. You have the birds thriving and happy and, many KZbinrs who have missed you. Have a great week 🙂

aaaah we have a berry bush just like this in the back garden, it's always full of birds come autumn! I always love seeing the Woodpigeons there they're so cute😊
