The best scene's in Hogan's Heroes always involved either Schultz or Hochstetter and sometimes both.

They needed to weight the front of the bike I noticed it always came down to hard in the rear on every jump he did that caused a lot of the crashes.....

At 1:40: He looks at Ted Striker's RECORD. My question: Is there anybody under the age of 40 (my estimate) who knows what a RECORD is?

Ben Folds produced and played keyboards, Shatner does Shatner, but for mine, Joe Jackson's soaring vocals fucking make this so incredibly epic!

Imagine doing that on a 550 pound Harley jumping that far with no computers or anything like that you just had to judge it for yourself and go as fast as you can without over jumping. It was suicide on every singe jump he did and he did 300 jumps in his career

Imagine being 37 or 38 years old and trying to jump like that Evel Knievel was the baddest dude on the planet when I was a kid he was everyone’s hero. There were no sports figures in my neighborhood. No one gave a shit about sports. It was all Evel Knievel and he was one bad dude I wish he was still here.

Perhaps the greatest short clip ever from Hogan''s Heroes (high praise on its own). Over-the-top ludicrous banter captures the full impact of misdirection of beauacratic goals. Blessings and guffaus to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I always forget that this came out in the same year as The Wrath of Khan (a lot of those props were actually on the Regula 1). It actually seems to make it funnier.

Ok, just watch this and know he didn't make the Wembley Stadium jump because of gearing issues. He knew it wasn't going to work! He still, went ahead and made the attempt! He was that kind of Man! He came back at Kings Island and proved his ability and, his name! There will NEVER be another, or even anyone like him! I met him in 2005 in Butte and he was every thing I had ever hoped he would be! He helped me thru a very hard time in my life when my Momma died. For that, I will always be reminded of you Mr. Knievel, you were the reason I made it thru losing my Momma! God bless her, and thank you God, for them both!

He nearly lost it. That was a long jump for such a heavy bike, rear end hanging low on landing. That's how he got the hand grips ripped out of his hands at Ceasars Palace.

Down safe is such an Airplane type joke. Seeing from another angle. The whole thing. I don't care what anyone says it may not be as good as the original but they often aren't. It's still a decent movie and I enjoy it
