accident = not a very good black belt, our master instructor could throw a kick that ripped a 300 lb sand bag yet not hurt a student, that is a black belt.

This is next door to my former gym that I used to work out at. It's a much better looking facility than another MMA gym about 2.5 miles from there.

What do you mean "accidentally"? That it wasn't his intention to do so? But the move is practically designed to actually do that. You see, that's the problem with combat sports: you don't want to really harm your opponent, but in a fight you have to suspend all considerations or worries about that and you MUST apply holds and moves that are designed to harm.

if hold someone in a submission like a tight bow and arrow he will pass out fast.... if you let it go the person will wake up after some seconds if you dont let go the asleep person dies 💀 you go from no damage to alll the damage in the world

Trained there for almost a year before moving to NM. Man, great place, great coaches. The AM classes with Prof. Fletcher were killer! Shout out to coach Dillon, coach Jose, and Prof. Dallas, and all the upper belts who smashed me during the AM. Great freaking times, miss that place so much!

That was a good natured instructor laugh, not vindictive. I don’t feel bad when my coach accidentally kicks my ass an then laughs at me
