I thoroughly enjoyed the insightful, passionate responses Nora shared on how she delves into writing, from her early days on. I learned so very much about the art and science of writing! The questions Brian asked opened her life story beautifully. Emma Lee 9-12-24

Great interview Brian and learned so much about “Mr. Belmo” that I did not know. Almost feel like after your interview I might be able to drop the “Mr.” 😊Have spoken with him very briefly a few times when he has visited the DAC Bowling Center and very interesting to hear his story. Great job Brian and looking forward to more of your Podcasts!

Everything links to yes technology is great. However, we are offline cutting the power off on God and gaining toxic connections as why we switch on good conversation. The juxtaposition lifestyle is 1 own choice to do things differently that causes 1 to live on devices this materialistic .are temporary but Prayers are forever has been forgotten..

I love Nora Roberts! I was fortunate to meet her when I worked at a local independent bookstore and she was beyond kind! (I fantasize that perhaps I was inspiration for the character of "Hailey" for the "In the Garden" trilogy that came out shortly after we met and talked because I was in my early twenties, worked in a bookstore, was uber energetic (way back then, haha!) So, Nora, if you see this - just know I listen to that and the Calhouns and Identity over and over and over as I drive to work. (I'm a teacher now!) And I just love you!

@bulldog3512, I think we have a compelling show, and we get great feedback from both guests are our listeners/viewers. We extend invitations to people we feel would be a great fit for our show, and we get a pretty good response rate - as you can see from the amazing guests we've had on the show.

The look on Heidi's face when she joined and saw Julia the first time... priceless!! There's something so intimate in the relationship between narrator and listener that's completely different than screen actors. I've seen interviews with Julia on other channels before, but that moment just trumps them all. Thanks for sharing this.
@BrianBartes

That WAS priceless, wasn't it @narrator-timothymckean? As you could clearly see, Heidi is a "raving fan" of Julia's. I think you're right about the relationship between narrator and listener - especially with someone as prolific as Julia. Sharing it is our pleasure, and I appreciate your comments.

Daqui do Brasil, envio congratulações!

This was a fabulous interview. I just saw the movie and it’s amazing and the truth is that he saw something that was already present in his culture but he was able to make that help. Those workers have a job he was looking for a way to save all of those jobs. And that article is probably ; someone who is always in your workplace who’s always trying to take you down because they didn’t do it themselves, but the fact that all these people remember all the things he did do that’s the proof and he doesn’t have to prove something. Especially when a company like that is paying him a lot of money to work for them it’s not because he didn’t do anything. It’s because he was a value to them.
