Why do you prefer this brand over chatramue or pantai? what do you find different that makes you choose your listed brand. In thailand chatramue had their own stores and stalls they even had people selling the tea mix bags everywhere. Its the only brand that you see everywhere and heavily advertised. Pantai is probably a little better tasting I have both mixes but my tea never turns out quite right. I like the pantai version one of the local thai shops here makes. I had some thai teas that tasted like a milkshake it was awesome wish I knew how to make it like that. Thank You

Try a can of oysters (Crown Prince my preferred) instead of chicken, and add a little dairy cream or milk (for richness) for the best Oyster Stew your little mouth has ever tasted. Don't forget the soda crackers.

still my go-to tom kha recipe!! way better than most restaurants especially since I can tailor the sweet/sour balance to me! I've probably made it at least 20 times and its been so delicious every time!! This is my favorite thai dish and it often disappoints at restaurants so it was amazing to find this recipe!! Highly recommend and I'm so picky with recipes

Thank You! For great explanation in your beautiful Tai language and English... I'm an Irish girl that makes this broth for years.. I make variations of it. I've used lemon grass.. They also sell it in the refrigerator isle in grocery stores next to basil, cilantro in tubes near the lettuce my friends.. If ya don't have all the ingredients.. Its okay. Keep trying. Coconut milk in a can is definitely needed.
OMG! I never comment but made this today and it just tastes like in my favourite asian restaurant! 😭 thank you so much for sharing this! 🙏🏼❤

It's always those Asian recipes that seem so easy and appetizing that you also crave for, and once you get your hands on a recipe, there HAS to be this ONE crazy exotic ingredient that you can't find anywhere, like some powder from a Nepalese boar's tusk

Hi, need to verify. Are u sure it’s 20oz of oyster sauce? That’s 2 bottles of oyster sauce.
