Went fishing last night and caught my first potential keeper. Unfortunately it was a stingray. While i cant say wether stingrays taste good cuz iv never tried it, what i do know is that the skin will ruin the meat. Since i didn’t know how to properly remove the skin it seemed cruel to take a chance and risk wasting more then would be needed

If you use a paper towel to hold the skin it makes life easier to filet. The paper towel grips yhe skin ..atleast it works well filleting other fish ive done.

Good ray fish cook poor way put the whole Ray on the fire tastes like sea scallops or some a lot of garlic? And a lot of garlic into a lot of Old Bay salt pepper that's it you dip it in butter tastes like sea scallops if you take the medium to small ones the big ones we use for fertilizer that's it open fire the whole thing up or grill usually grill the wings scorch market and grill the whole thing tastes like sea scallops the poor man's way a little bit of hot sauce at the end

Jellyfish is delicious. I buy it in Asian markets. Main predators for the Medusa Fish, aka, Jellyfish, are sea turtles and Mola Fish, aka, Sun Fish. I eat Jellyfish as a salad or in Poke or as Sushi.

One per year ways rays ok it's sort of like sea scallops butter Old Bay and garlic rosemary thyme and parsley and basil lots of herbs lots of oil rub it down with this whole Bay on it some red pepper black pepper and white pepper and cayenne a little bit of Ginger on top pick my right wings will it down buried ate it just let it marinate for 2 hours and I cook them fried or steam buttermilk and zatarain's batter with some eggs

I really like the design of the boat but I’m confused why the ttop supports come so far out. Or why not make the center console wider if there is that much room to walk by. Seems like wasted space either inside the center console or outside. Also I am not a fan of the lack of space behind the ttop. The working space. Very tight. If they would have went with a closed transom design I feel like it would have been better. Especially with a drop down seat to maximize the space.
