My eraser doesn’t fully erase. I can still see a trace of the previous line. Any idea how to fix this? I went into the eraser settings and put opacity to 100% but it still leaves a faint line. I have to redo it.

I am brand new to Dreams. I have brought in an image and want to move it to the side for reference. How do I select it to enable moving? Tapping on the image, like what you did, just draws a dot on it.

I’m trying to make a short animation but unfortunately the length of the total animation is not an integer like 7 or 8 I need the total time to be like idk, 7.2 seconds or something hlep Wait. Nvm. It automatically ends it if there are no more tracks with frames or audio 😅

Sounds like a great class. Would you recommend using a screen protector on the iPad to get a little more friction for a pencil feel? Sometimes I find my apple pencil slipping and wondered if this could help, especially when trying to make brushes.

You are a saint for helping people deal with this broken ass program. It's embarrassingly obtuse. The amount of finger gestures and holds and "tips" necessary to get the most basic function, all in the name of "clean" interface, is downright infuriating. It's like they didn't test it with a single animator who wasn't on the team. I hope the reason for the loooong delays in updates is because they are doing a major rebuild of the entire application.

Hi, thanks so much for this tutorial - it’s helpful even just as it 🙏 I do have an additional question if it’s possible for you to answer - I’ve always found it huge helpful in Procreate to set things up so that my finger is the Eraser tool. That way I don’t have to keep switching between Brush tool and Eraser. But in Procreate Dreams I guess they don’t offer that option? Unless, do you see the option somewhere in there to do that?

What happens if you delete the whole app from your iPad and then you reinstall it what happens to your animations

Thanks, that was really, really useful! Q - when I do this using black colour it seems to take the opacity down (in appearance, as opacity is still 100%) once layer mask is applied. I’m wanting the black to show through but it appears grey once the mask is applied. Any idea why? Thanks 😊
