Hi, and thanks a lot for your videos. Is there any way to change the actual box shape? I sell books (meaning they are taller than their width) and I'd like to make them look better in the boxes without having to resize the picture.

You will need to change the aspect ratio settings in WooThumbs > Display to match the ratio you need for your image. We are happy to guide you in more detail if you want to reach out to support!

Yes, just make sure the image is the same sizee as you gallery settings - as soon as WP resizes it, the animation stops working

If you have a good server powering your store, using the mp4 would be your ideal choice. As you mentioned in the video, there are too many exits for the user to click off your product page and back onto KZbin - thus potentially losing a sale.

What plugin do I use if I have say 150 customers with each customer having their very own delivery day slot of the week. On a Monday say there will be 20 customers who fall under a Monday delivery set day slot. A Tuesday will be say 30 other customers. A Wednesday will be another 20 customers some of which are listed under the past Monday. Etc etc...ie non global settings. Each customer to have their own preset delivery slot be it whatever day...but but but...I need to add in a lead time of 48 hours to make up and prepare each. order.. Each customer to have their own login user profile...over 150 customers.

Hey, it could be acheived with our Delivery Slots plugin, but you would need some developer assistance to add some custom code for setting user-specific delivery days. With the filters available in our plugin though, it is entirely possible.

How or what plugin can you use for setting a.... Spefic Scheduled day to an approved logged in user who is located in a spefic area. In other words if my customer is located in a spefic area we will only deliver to him on a Tuesday and or a Thursday. Also because he is located in a spefic area that's 80km from me...how do I gain functionality over delivery charges compared to a client who is 20km from me. I'm creating a store for online approved users so each client pending area they reside in will have a spefic delivery slot day with different delivery rates invoiced. Also I need a minimum lead time of 48 hrs to make up orders and deliver so if he misses his scheduled day he will have to wait until the next slot day. What woocommerce plugin(s) can do all of this? Is there one that can do all or a host of different ones ?

There are many attribute swatches out there, but none like the iconicwp plugin. What made me love them is the unique feature which helps to group the attribute terms. That's a game changer.

How is that connected to delivery providers (Fedex, DHL, USPS, etc...) and Saas like Shipstation?

Hey, the date/time/timestamp is saved to the order as meta, so most providers like that could pull this data quite easily from the order. Happy to take a deeper dive into it if you have a specific requirement?

Nice work. Good tutorial. How can I make different processing time depending on the shipping zone. It will not take the same time to send something to same city that across the world. And this be reflect in the calendar. Thanks for your help

Hey, what do you mean by "current time slot"? There is a cut off time for each slot, so if your WordPress timezone is correct, right now should never be an option - it'll will be automatically disable X minutes before (based on your settings).

Does anyone know if this actually shows in the woocommerce mobile app. I have signed up for the free trial but I can't find the delivery info in the app anywhere. Useless for my client without the info being sent to the app. :(
