How do you like the 6100? Is there any reason to get the 6200? I have the G90 and really enjoy it. Seems like you have a great radio. Nice activation. 73s
@rabidjackalope131910 күн бұрын
G90 is money, really good for a new ham looking to maximize their bucks. It seems like the 6100 is a mature product, but after the initial introduction of the 6200… haven’t seen much at all on it… which makes me hesitant to consider the 6200…
@KI5GBQ9 күн бұрын
I have had the x6100 now for a couple years and have used it mostly for CW. It is a nice compact rig with a good tuner and I have had good luck with it. I have not had a x6200 and really haven't read or watched too much about it. But don't think I would get one since i have the 6100 and I have a few other CW QRP rigs that I would like to get/build first. Thanks and 73 Russ

Hey John I am running around 20 wpm. I started learning Morse code around June of 2022 and it took around 6 months before i felt like i could do an activation running about 15 wpm. The best thing i have done is just listen to code when I'm driving and try to head copy. Ninja Morse has a great collection of podcasts that i listen to when i am on the road. Good luck and hang in there. It is worth learning. 73 KI5GBQ Russ
