@ 5:40, um...Sampras lost two USO Finals in the years leading up to his '02 win. Safin and Hewitt whipped him in straight sets. Earlier, Agassi beat him in the 1995 AO Finals. So three. I didn't use Google. I watched those three matches.

Growing up in Oregon, Stark was a legend to all of us junior players. And Al Parker was next level legend on a National scale. Cool to see these two played each other. Thx for the post!

Pickleball has a kitchen. I’m out. Pop tennis is just a better game. Played in SoCal when it was called paddle tennis.

Thanks for the good words. Some traditionalists in Cali, NY and Florida still call it Paddle or Paddle Tennis but nationally and internationally, 99% call it POP. Either way, still the same fun sport.

My own takeback disintegrates as I get tired. It is reassuring to see that this old pro also has to deal with it. But pulled through.

Hydro so bad, harder to slide on, practically faster than hard court. It’s so sad that Florida has transitioned to these type of courts. It’s fine for 70 year olds who play doubles and do not have to cover much court or slide around.
