Bro how you made the hero change animation? Can you make a tutorial or suggest any tutorial about this? I was trying but couldn’t. Your help would be great🙂
@eshan30910 ай бұрын
Make that animation in After Effects or Davinci Resolve or any video editor. Then bring it in blender and plug it into the image node. In simple words, the polygon of the watch is displaying a video instead of an image/texture.

Professor, could you tell me how to make a good entrance and exit of an animation, what happens is that the animation starts well but in the final frame the exit heads the video
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
Umm...sorry, i didnt understand the problem. Your animation starts well, then keeps going on beyond your end point? Or is it a looping animation and start and end dont look same? Or something else?
@zenyfilmsrambo Жыл бұрын
@@eshan309 Exactly, it does not make the correct loop. I would like to make a loop that has good input and output without any errors.
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
@@zenyfilmsrambo Oh! Check if your first and last frame are same or not. You just need to copy your first keyframe and paste it in the end. That should loop it.

I loose the bloom effect when i use your multi color node map. How did u keep the bloom in the last example? Since you connected the color ramp to the Emission, the strenght is no longer 5.
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
In the Color Ramp node (which is connected to Strength), set the white's Value to a higher number...say 5, 10 or 15. That should increase the Strength of Emission and should show more bloom.

Is there a way to add semi-transparency with the first method? I haven't set the nodes up yet, so I figured I'd ask straight away in case you've already played with that. Nice tutorial 🥳
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
I just tried that; adding transparent node to the water/bottom layer. But because the top layer is white layer, it negates the effect because its solid. Adding transparency to the white layer as well makes it grayish to see any kind of transparency of the bottom layer. Overall, at least in my try, its not looking good. But if you want to try...do it! May serve your purpose. The second method is giving good result! Nodes will be: Add Transparent BSDF. Connect both Emission and Transparent to a new Mix Shader. Also, remember to make the Blend Mode to Alpha Blend in Material Properties tab.

When following the last chapter of the video 'With color maps', you tell us to plug in the black and white colorramp into emission's strength so how do we control strength of emission now? because my led looks very dull
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
Black (#000000) or Value 0 = No strength/emission White (#ffffff) or Value 1 = Full bright So if your led looks dull, then it might be gray in color in colorramp. Change it to white (Value=1). If your white Value is 1 and it still looks dull/not bright, then you can go higher than 1 and change it to 2, 3, 5, 10 etc. to make it even more brighter. Reminding you just in case: Make sure the 'Bloom' option is checked in Render Properties (Eevee) to see the glow as well. Let me know if it worked or not.
@swafly Жыл бұрын
@@eshan309 Is there a way to add emmission to the dots even more than just making it 1?
@eshan309 Жыл бұрын
@@swafly I dont think so as there is no other shader node which has emission properties (except Principled BSDF whose emission is same as emission shader node). You will have to make your white value to 1 or higher to make it more emissive. (In the video, i had used white Value = 10)

if you want to expose in the cave more. you could add a really dim spot light and open it up close to the entrance or even better , change the exposure of the sky light. it will flood the cave with more light

Yes! Adding a spot light or point light was the perfect solution. I didn't because i wanted to use Lumen's GI only. So just one sun lighting up the whole scene.

Hey! Just a note on the light leaking -- Nanite objects currently don't support backfaces at all for some reason, it took me quite a while to find out why that was happening as well since there's little documentation on the issue, so to fix it you'll have to disable nanite unfortunately which leads to some pretty serious performance drops especially when you're using high resolution meshes/textures.
