Mine keeps getting stuck when twisting the bin into place. It gets stuck halfway through and never truly locks into place. If I force it, it’ll break the handle. Did I get a defective product?

Hi there! We would advise against doing so because the blade is not meant to be sharp and it would be a dangerous modification. On top of that, altering the product in any way will void the warranty. Hope this helps.

Hi there, while foaming is a natural reaction as enzymes are introduced to oxygen, we have customers who either strain their juice or simply scoop out the foam.

I originally owned the base Auto 10 already. Received the Auto 10 Plus hopper extension and the strainer about a week ago. Should I order the stainless steel hopper or is my original one going to be fine dealing with a higher capacity of juicing ingredients? I’m asking because the stainless steal hopper is always sold out.

The Plus hopper wouldn't fit on the base of the AUTO10. If you're satisfied with how the AUTO10 processes ingredients and since you recently purchased the extension, we say stick it out!

You will also need to add the juice screw (it comes with the machine) which they don't show inserting it in the video. Without it, you will not be able to make sorbet. Be sure your fruits are thawed properly and make sure your fruit is nice and sweet. My sorbet came out great, but my fruit needed to be sweeter. I just purchased my Kuving Auto 10 Plus during Black Friday (2024) and it's as good as advertised and far superior than the $199 juicer I purchased at Best Buy. As Benjamin Franklin is quoted as saying: The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. Get the Kuving juicer, you won't have any regrets. No, they don't pay me to type this.
