I cant believe I found others doing this online. I started doing these years ago out of nowhere really, never saw an example or video or picture. But I craft a lot. Where does this come from originally? Would love to know more about it. Haha people thought I was mad wrapping yarn and thread around wooden screwers and tooth picks making decorations out of it. If they only knew 😂 so glad to find this and spontaneously on pinterest aswell ❤

It's from a pre Hispanic culture in Mexico called "Huicholes" they did things like this and also super complex embroidery in clothes I hope my information it's helpful I'm not very good at english
