Growing up almost every last week of school before the Christmas holiday’s I came down with something. And the week of Christmas and into the first week of the New Year’s I ended up with extremely itchy skin at night. But thank God I grew out of it.

Hi! With the probiotic, I’ve read that you’re not supposed to use a metal spoon in those. I bought plastic spoons that I use daily, and (though wasteful) it was a good tip (you’d have to google why bc I forgot but as I was reading, it made sense).

Kendra I am so glad you are feeling better and nine times out of ten you probably had the norovirus it's a bad stomach virus that everybody was getting including myself and when I say it was the worst and I know so many people that caught it it was so bad they were talking about it on the news station and we have the same news stations you're in Atlanta Georgia and I am in Athens Georgia it had even spread it at the University of Georgia real bad so I definitely know how you feel it was the worst for me my mother had it for a day I had it for 6 days

I’ve always preferred a high incline with a 3 speed. Waist trainer with the extreme sweat rub is a must. Never been big on running. But I do like to use weights. Always best to find the best workouts that work for you personally. You ladies always look great.❤

I would like to share a makeup brush cleaning tip that will change y'alls life 🤣🤣🤣 (so dramatic lol). Use micellar water!!!! Before the water, soap, or cleaning solutions, just use micellar water. The mc literally PULLS the makeup from your brushes!!! This tip is especially handy between soap and water washes. Dare I say it "cleans" better than soap and water. 😅 Then I go in with some witch hazel or low % alcohol. As a matter of fact, I want y'all to clean your brushes your regular way then after they dry, go in with mc. I GUARANTEE YOU, there will be makeup on a paper towel if you blot the brush. That's just how good it works. And those "stained" brushes still have makeup guys lol. Use some mc and watch them look like new again. TED talk over. You're very welcome. 😆
