Then he cut the call and call drop by the agent's end also. again i call and spoke with jatin may be he said allow us 24 hrs issue will be sort out , after that again i called to amazon then they said allow us till 15th june then again i waited till 15th august no response by the amazon. Again i tried to connect amazon customer service then agent name barkha she was very rude to me Even the amazon team is not trying to listen to the conference call recording made by Amazon executive on 10th of August after evening.
