How do you guys grind the interior sink CORNERS? I struggle so much. I also only wet polish my terrazzo counter tops to 400.

We use pigments to colour our cement mix, yes! 😊 You can find more details about our cement tiles in the following link: cement-tiles.com/encaustic-tiles-technical-data/

Something i learned about this process from another video is, the pressure caused bt the press, almost instantly cures the concrete negating the need to wait hours to cure.
@MosaicFactory19 күн бұрын
It's no so much about "curating" but pressing the wet elements against the dry elements. Our cement tiles actually need to be curated for several weeks under natural light to achieve the proper quality 😊

What do you incorporate in your cement??
@MosaicFactory23 күн бұрын
In the particular case of Terrazzo, the most prominent element is the recycled marble aggregates. However, there is much more to it, and you can find it all in the following link: terrazzo-tiles.com/technical-data-terrazzo.php 🤗

Does anyone know what materials are being used to get those colors?
@MosaicFactory27 күн бұрын
If you mean the background, that's our Portland White cement powder. If by the contrary, you are referring to our colourful marble aggregates, these are ethically source and reclaimed 😊

I take that back, if double stacked I think it could really be something. Use the bigger pieces but use them almost intertwined like they do the smaller ones
@MosaicFactory29 күн бұрын
It's a matter of perspective maybe? Good thing there is a tile for every taste 😉🫶🏼
@incredifunkАй бұрын
Yeah it's official, the smaller pieces make a better project. I thought it originally the bigger pieces would be where it was at. No I was wrong
